A veteran business leader with close to 25 years in senior human resources roles at Citibank, Republic National Bank of New York, and IDT. At Five Blocks since 2012, Hillel oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, its people, and its finances. He holds a BA in Math from Yeshiva University and an MA and PhD in Organizational Psychology from New York University.

Ofer oversees the company’s proprietary technological products and infrastructure. As part of senior management, he leads the IT department on strategic technological planning and on product research, development, and marketing. He previously spent ten years as manager of Ping Mobile and holds a BA in Science and an engineering degree in Computer Science.

A veteran educator, manager, and programmer with more than two decades exploring the interaction between technology and human learning. Daniel oversees all client engagements, manages and trains the account team, and sets the firm’s service policies. He is also the lead on Five Blocks’ ethics policy, interfacing regularly with external experts.

An expert in online reputation management. For the last decade Aharon has worked with strategic clients, from Fortune 500s to several of the world’s largest hedge funds. He oversees the business development team and provides strategic consultancy and support to our partners, drawing on frequent international travel to work seamlessly across locations and cultures.

Director of Content since 2009, Romi oversees the Five Blocks writing and content team, working in tandem with account managers to process all writing requests and needs. Originally trained as an English teacher, she worked in education for over a decade before turning to marketing and content writing full time.

Julie manages the products at Five Blocks, helping her team improve our core software and innovate new tools so we stay cutting-edge as we research, analyze, and follow data and trends in search and reputation management. She has managed products for over 25 years across digital publishing, alternative health care, and autonomous vehicles, and holds a degree in literature from Barnard College.

Chaya manages Five Blocks’ finances and administration, overseeing budgets, expenses, and billing. She previously spent 11 years at Primedia and Bertelsmann as Manager and then Director of Corporate Benefits, and earlier served in actuarial roles at KPMG and Mercer.

Ari directs a strategic group of clients and account managers and is the company’s internal expert for all things technical search optimization, including ongoing technical training for the account team. Working in digital marketing since 2011, his detail-oriented, analytical approach has served clients across sports, finance, healthcare, and consumer products.

Yaacov’s expertise is corporate strategy, accompanying clients who rely on Five Blocks as their trusted advisor for all things online. Since joining in 2015 he has built and maintained some of our largest, most successful relationships, using his analytical mind to keep programs cutting-edge and clients engaged and informed.

Emma’s primary area of expertise is corporate engagement and brand building, blending high technical proficiency with expert communication to build long-lasting client relationships. An out-of-the-box thinker, she brings over 15 years of experience in digital media and communications, and graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Political Science.

David manages both corporate and individual clients, helping them unravel tough problems with a close eye on industry insights and an unorthodox thinking style. A Five Blocks veteran and onboarding mentor for many newer account managers, he previously served as a community rabbi, educator, and journalist. Originally from New Zealand, he now lives in Jerusalem.

Menucha conceives, plans, and manages internal company projects that advance our organizational mission, and runs professional excellence initiatives for the team. She also leads several strategic accounts with a focus on developing clear, compelling digital narratives, drawing on almost 15 years in SEO and analytics-driven strategy.

Dani devises creative solutions to tricky problems and nurtures the spirit of ingenuity that characterizes the team. Alongside the accounts he leads, he is Five Blocks’ expert on Wikipedia strategy and navigating Wikipedia’s disclosed paid editing process. He previously worked as an intelligence officer specializing in advanced social media searching.

Yitzy leads AI product and engineering at Five Blocks. He owns the AI layer of AIQ, our AI reputation monitoring and analysis platform, end to end: model selection, prompts, integrations, and the quality methodology behind every result. He also builds the AI tools and automations Five Blocks teams run on, from client research to reporting, and leads AI adoption across every department. With a decade of experience spanning SEO, digital strategy, and reputation management, he turns fast-moving AI capabilities into practical tools for clients and for the way Five Blocks works every day.

Yakir leads AI solutions and partnerships at Five Blocks, shaping how the firm’s AI capabilities, including AIQ, our AI reputation monitoring and analysis platform, become solutions for clients and partners. He drives product marketing and innovation for AIQ and, alongside Yitzy Marcus, guides the firm’s AI integration. With over a decade in digital reputation management, he pairs technical depth with clear communication to help partners navigate AI’s impact on the industry. He joined Five Blocks in 2014.

Howard is founder and Managing Partner of Opincon Strategies, an issues and reputation management consultancy. As Special Advisor to Five Blocks, he provides strategic counsel and insight to the company. For over 15 years he was a senior consultant and leader at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Weber Shandwick, advising Fortune 500 CEOs, public board members, NGOs, and governments on issues management, thought leadership, and corporate strategy.
