How to set up WikiAlerts

3. WikiAlerts subscribes to Wikipedia’s edit activity for those pages and sends an email the moment any watched page is changed.

What each alert contains

• Diff view, the exact text that was added or removed, so you can judge the edit at a glance without visiting Wikipedia.
• Editor account, which Wikipedia user account made the change.
• Edit summary, the editor’s stated reason for the change, if one was provided.
