How involved do we need to be?
Client involvement scales from a named contact plus biweekly calls and monthly reporting review at the minimum, to weekly check-ins and real-time crisis coordination at the maximum. Daily execution: Wikipedia edit requests, schema markup, monitoring, content, and entity work, is handled by the Five Blocks account team; most clients spend two to four hours per month on the engagement after onboarding.
Client involvement is calibrated to the engagement and to the client’s preferred working style. The account team handles daily execution; the client provides direction, context, and approval, not operational labor.
