What happens to my AIQ data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data stays accessible for 90 days after cancellation so you can export it, then it is removed in line with our data retention policy. Teams that want to keep their data and configuration can pause a subscription instead of cancelling.
When you cancel an AIQ subscription, your historical data does not disappear immediately, it remains accessible inside the account for 90 days so you have time to export everything you need.
The 90-day export window
For the first 90 days after cancellation, all of your historical data stays available inside the account. That window is meant to be long enough to export whatever you want to keep, in CSV, JSON, or screenshot form. Once the 90 days elapse, the data is removed in line with our data retention and privacy policy.
Pause instead of cancel: if a team simply wants to suspend monitoring during a quiet period, rather than leave the product entirely, a subscription can be paused rather than cancelled. Pausing preserves both the data and the topic configuration so monitoring can resume later without rebuilding anything or losing accumulated history.
