IT Support Specialist

In this role, you will provide technical support to company employees, troubleshoot computer issues, and assist with the maintenance of our information systems.
- Provide responsive technical support and address employee inquiries regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, software, and company devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems
- Set up workstations and user accounts for new employees
- Perform regular system updates and security patches
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Document technical solutions and maintain internal knowledge base
- Assist with basic network maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support remote workers with technical issues
- Contribute to IT projects as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; familiarity with Mac OS and Linux environments is a plus
- Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience with standard office software and productivity tools
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and support tools
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Service oriented
- English speaker
