You can brief a reputation firm thoroughly on a sensitive client without compromising confidentiality. Structure protects you better than withholding does: an NDA sets the legal floor, and a disciplined transfer decides what travels, when, and in how much detail.

Start with the NDA

Put the non-disclosure agreement in place before any sensitive context changes hands. It should cover the firm and anyone the firm works through, subcontractors and tooling included.

Separate what the firm needs from what it doesn’t yet
