  • An under-managed Wikipedia article. The article drifts and nobody is watching it. Wikipedia content feeds Google Knowledge Panels, AI engines, and search, so an error there travels well beyond the page.
  • An unchecked AI narrative. Nobody checks what the AI engines say, so the company has no idea what ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other engine tells a stakeholder who asks.
