What is AIQ?
AIQ is Five Blocks' AI reputation intelligence platform. It polls eight AI engines daily: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode, capturing what each says about a brand or executive, which sources it cited, the sentiment, and the narrative themes.
AIQ™ is Five Blocks’ AI reputation intelligence platform, the AI-era counterpart to IMPACT. It polls eight AI engines daily using a defined set of prompts for each tracked brand or person, then captures the full response, the sources each engine cited, the sentiment, and the narrative themes.
The eight engines AIQ monitors
- ChatGPT
- OpenAI’s conversational model, and one of the most-used AI answer engines for brand and executive research.
- Gemini
- Google’s AI model. It relies on the Knowledge Graph, Wikipedia, and Google’s index.
- Copilot
- Microsoft’s AI assistant, integrated across Bing and Microsoft 365.
- Perplexity
- A retrieval-first answer engine that runs a live web search on every query and cites sources inline.
- Claude
- Anthropic’s AI assistant, common in enterprise and professional settings.
- Grok
- xAI’s model, integrated with X (formerly Twitter) and its real-time data stream.
- Google AI Overviews
- The AI-generated summary at the top of standard Google search results pages.
- Google AI Mode
- Google’s dedicated AI search experience, which gives deeper conversational answers within Search.
What AIQ tracks over time
