How involved do we need to be?
Client involvement scales from a named contact plus biweekly calls and monthly reporting review at the minimum, to weekly check-ins and real-time crisis coordination at the maximum. The Five Blocks account team handles daily execution: Wikipedia edit requests, schema markup, monitoring, content, and entity work. Most clients spend two to four hours per month on the engagement after onboarding.
Client involvement depends on the engagement and how the client prefers to work. The account team handles daily execution. The client sets direction, provides context, and approves the work rather than doing it.
