From an inbound, we typically have a senior advisor on the phone within hours, a diagnostic running the same day, and a named tactical plan inside the first one to two business days. The diagnostic and the interventions run in parallel, not one after the other, which is what makes that timeline possible.

The crisis response timeline

1. Within hours: senior advisor on a call. From the initial inbound, we can usually get a senior advisor on a call within hours.
2. Day 1: diagnostic running. An initial diagnostic runs against IMPACT™ and AIQ within the first day and captures the current search and AI picture.
3. Day 1, 2: tactical plan with named workstreams. We deliver a tactical plan with named workstreams by the end of day one or day two, depending on how complex the situation is.
4. 2 to 12 weeks: intensive activity. Most crisis engagements run two to twelve weeks of intensive work.
5. Ongoing: retainer baseline. A retainer follows the intensive phase to hold the post-crisis baseline.
