Online Luxury Real Estate Lead Generation and Sales

Our foray into online real estate lead generation - and later sales as a licensed broker, began with our very successful marketing of Starwood's W Hotels project in Las Vegas. We later worked on Elad Properties' Plaza Hotel Residences as well as their Carlyle on Wlishire project in Los Angeles.

Soon thereafter we launched http://www.condominiumcentral.net an online broker offering over 100 premier luxury real estate projects. Within 6 months of launch our group was fielding tens of leads each day and closing two or more deal each month.

Starting in the second half of 2008 the luxury real estate market experienced a slowdown, with far fewer deals signed than before. Condominium Central stands ready to weather the storm and resume sales when the market recovers.
